Customisation
Our abayas are all customised for each order. Due to the nature of the process and the handcraft on each individual piece, orders can take up to 4 weeks to produce. Please bear this in mind when placing your order.

Once your order has been produced, we will use UK Standard Delivery.
UK Standard Delivery
Our UK Standard delivery service takes 3-5 working days to deliver.
*During sales period delivery can take up to 5-7 working days.
We provide you with a reference number for your parcel once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
Once a delivery has been attempted, if there is nobody present to sign for the parcel, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place or leave a 'While You Were Out' card which will provide the relevant instructions on how you can retrieve your parcel.
This will either be a re delivery or collection from the nearest depot. If you are collecting your parcel, an appropriate form of ID is required.

Please note that we are unable to provide a specific am or pm service and our couriers can deliver anytime between 8am and 8pm.
On the day of delivery the courier will send you an email or text message with the date and estimated time of delivery. They may also provide you an alternative delivery option should the specified date or time not be suitable.
